30-Day Guarantee
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price (less original shipping). You may keep or discard the remaining product — we don't require its return for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@zoroswellness.com with your order number and a brief note. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
