Shipping Policy

We carefully package and ship every order from our facility within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard: 3–7 business days. Free over $50. Otherwise a flat $5.95 fee applies.
Expedited: 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes assessed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
